Today I am thankful for my Savior, the life He has given me, and the price He has paid for me on the cross. I am thankful for my wonderful family and the joy they bring me every day. I am thankful for life on the farm! I am thankful for old books, the smell of coffee, hugs, sticky fingers, wet little sister kisses, the beauty of the world I live in, dirty-and-then-later-clean piles of laundry, a godly heritage, rich promises found in God's Word, the amazing host of cousins and uncles/aunts that I am blessed with, old journals that chronicle the story of my journey through life and all God is teaching me, letters from my grandma, rich teaching and insight from men and women of God, fresh cookies, Christmas music, freedom to worship my King whenever and wherever, my dream-come-true piano that I enjoy every day, babies, morning walks, courageous men who fought and died for the freedoms that surround me every day, sweet emails from friends across the miles, my grandparents, friends, family....and the joy of living in my Father's World!
Remember to be thankful...in all things! Treasure the small moments....and treasure life!
