Freelance job, blog editor, payment: $10 per page

I am currently looking for someone to edit my blog for spelling and grammatical errors. The person should be familiar with blogs and have insight to how to reach more users. I would like to build up the amount of users who read my blog on a weekly basis. I am new to blogging and need some help. I also need help to making my blog searchable on Google, Twitter, and Facebook. This person should also have insight to how to make the blog funnier and more emotional so that it can become more popular.

The person should also be able to give me insight in how to pitch my blog to publishers who might be interested in publishing my work at some capacity.

The blog is a non-fiction based blog based on the funny and emotional happenings of my life and the people that inspire me. For the most part the people who have read the blog really enjoy it. I do get complaints of misspellings and grammatical errors, which I would like to fix.

I am a pretty laid back guy and I am fun to work with. The only thing I ask is for a 48 hour turn around on my work being edited. I will pay $10 per single spaced page to be edited. I envision at least 4 articles a month to be edited at around 3 pages each. I will pay via check within 7 business days of the article being edited.

Ideally I would like to have a quick 10-15 minute consultation after each blog has been edited via Skype.
