Freelance writing, small business community publication, pays $15-$25 per article (Memphis)

Looking for someone to write articles related to the local small business community. Current rate is $15 per regular article and $25 for feature stories. This is a new online publication so as we grow we will be able to pay more. Articles may be commentary, interviews, feature stories, event coverage or more. Assignments must be approved in advance for guaranteed payment. Spec work may or may not be approved.
