It is definitely winter in Amarillo!!! Last week's foot of snow reminded us that it is not over yet.... We were planning on going skiing but decided not to battle the terrible roads and crazy drivers. Instead...Brian made a snow angel on the driveway! As you can see, it was a huge angel.
We have recently joined a small group at our church and we LOVE it. It has already been such a blessing! New friends are always exiting! We have also started helping with the youth on Wednesday nights and it is CRAZY!! You can't imagine the amount of middle school/high school kids that come to fellowship and worship. I think we get as much out of it as the kids do! It is AMAZING!!
UPDATE
Brian has still not finalized the date of his surgery, but we do know that it will be the week after spring break (March 22-26.) Before that can take place, we are going for a scan on March 3rd. He will then meet with a plastic surgeon and Dr. Mikey to finalize all the surgery details. The closer that the 3rd gets, the more anxious we become. I ask that you PLEASE start praying ahead of time for a GREAT report from the scan! Brian and I are constantly amazed by the power of prayer and so thankful for each of you. We continue to pray for complete healing, and God has continued to deliver blessings!
