Deadline: 13 February 2011
From December 13th, 2010 to February 13th, 2011, we will be accepting contest submissions of 500 words or less. Every kind of text (fiction/poetry/etc) will be considered as long as it does not exceed 500 words, title not included.
Paste your single entry (no multiple entries) in the body of your email and send to editor[dot]flashfire[at]gmail[dot]com with the word “CONTEST” in subject line. Emails with attachments will be deleted unread. Entries over 500 words (even one word over 500) will be disqualified.
Notifications will be sent out no later than March 13th, 2011.
Payment to the winner will be $100 via PayPal.
The winning text will hang on the front page of Flash Fire 500 shortly thereafter. It will most likely hang there for a long time.
