Requirements
- 1 blog post per week, ranging from 400-600 words
- The ability to produce a post if assigned a topic with only 48 hours notice
- Product reviews on occasion
Qualifications
- Experienced tech writer with published writing samples
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry
- Blog, Twitter or another social medium that demonstrates your ability to cultivate an online following
- Witty, good sense of humour and able to tie in real-life stories to tech related editorial
- Rockstar abilities when it comes to spelling and grammar are a must!
- Corporate copywriting experience is an asset
Compensation
- $50 per post -- 45 net payment policy
- Exposure - our website receives 200,000 unique visitors per day
- Self promotion -- post the links to your own Twitter feed, blog, etc to help boost your personal profile
