Freelance writing, Toronto-based real estate website, pays $20 per condo/ loft buidling profile

Looking for a freelance writer to write condo/loft building profiles for a Toronto based real estate website. The pay is $20 per profile and there are just over 100 profiles (more may be added). Estimated time is about 45 minutes per profile.

Bonus of $400 if the quality is maintained and certain criteria is met throughout every profile.

Job details:

- Each profile must discuss the building, specs and neighbourhood (ie: 350 units, 24 hour concierge, wooden beams & exposed ductwork, designed by xxxx, visitors parking available, next to a cinema/school, in up and coming Corktown neighbourhood etc etc)

- Each profile must be 225 words at the minimum and no more than 300 words. Ideal length is 225 - 250 words.

- Must adhere to a general profile structure that I will provide (1st paragraph is general overview, 2nd is about why I chose to include building in website, 3rd about the neighbourhood amenities etc)

- Tone must be professional yet friendly and approachable

- Must know downtown Toronto intimately (or you'll run out of stuff to write about!). Buildings are generally between Bloor & Lakeshore, Dufferin & Carlaw.

- Must research buildings and neighbourhoods in order to complete each profile (lots of information online).

- Goes without saying. . . but absolutely cannot copy even a sentence from any source. Search engines 'only' rank original content. Profiles will be screened for copied content.

- Must consent to giving exclusive rights to content. If content is ever duplicated, it will have a negative impact on site integrity and ranking.

- Timeline is approximately 8 weeks with 14 profiles per week being completed and provided. Payment can be per 14 profiles ($280), per month, or whatever works best.

- Writer may be asked to write articles as well (approx 500 words each) covering broader topics relating to downtown real estate. Details will be discussed assuming the articles are included in website (not in stone yet).
