We're looking for original, never before published short flash fiction pieces for a planned quarterly magazine. There's no minimum word count here, so it can be as short as you like. But nothing over 500 words--we're strict on that limit. Also, no poetry.
PAYMENT
In this category, we pay $.05 a word, starting at a minimum of $5.00 per piece (regardless of its length) and a max of $25. We buy first world-wide serial rights (print, web and electronic PDF, ePub or other ebook format) and the non-exclusive, world-wide print and ebook anthology rights (that means we might include your story in a trade or eBook anthology, in which case you'll receive a pro rata share of royalties to be delineated in the contract).
