Job Description
We need someone to update our blog Garmahis.com 2-3 times a week (2-3 writers). If you're good at what we're looking for, it will be a permanent position for you. If you're not a native speaker, you should have excellent command of written English, proper grammar, spelling and language.
Blog is covering web design/graphic design, software reviews, tips, tutorials, inspiration/showcase, check it out to get better understanding.
We have some topics for posts to suggest but you should be able to research on your own and create unique quality content. Any copy/pasting will be not tolerated. You should be able to find your angle/creative approach to even well covered elsewhere topic.
Besides writing skills you should have background/understanding of design related topics, follow trends and other similar blogs.
You will be posting your work as drafts for later editor approval so you need to know Wordpress basics: formatting text, including links, uploading photos.
As Garmahis.com is design oriented blog you should have experience with graphic software i.e. Photoshop or Gimp for resizing images and quick editing (sharpen, contrast).
You should also be able to use screen capture tool for tutorials and reviews. All the guidelines regarding this will be provided.
What we're looking for?
- blogger/writer who has experience writing posts on web design, Photoshop, WordPress, tutorials, Photography, reviews, showcase, inspiration.
- quality content written only for our blog, 100% unique
- excellent English (proper grammar, language, not boring)
- skills to publish drafts in Wordpress, including links and photos
- ability to suggest the topic and research it on your own
How to apply?
