We've published stories about pesky ghosts and creepy orphans and little boys who celebrate Christmas every day of the year. But what he haven't published in any of our spectacular sixteen issues is a story about robots.
Here is the beautiful illustration ROBOTS NEED LOVE, TOO by Colin Moore. It appeared as an ART INTERLUDE in The Momentous Tenth Issue. We think there are a hundred stories that can be told from this one illustration and we want YOU to tell us one of those stories.
In 1000 to 2000 words, write an original story inspired by Colin Moore's ROBOT'S NEED LOVE, TOO. It's that simple!
Our favourite robot story will be published in The Eighteenth Issue (available sometime in May, 2011), and the author will receive a collection of CTQ back issues, a one-year subscription to our e-zine and $50. Our second favourite robot story will be published on our website, and the author will receive a collection of CTQ back issues and a one-year subscription to our e-zine.
