WikiWeightWatcher is looking for a Nutrition, Health, and Weight Loss Blogger
Description
We are looking for a blogger to begin posting 2 times per week.
WikiWeightWatcher.com is a free resource for people to find nutrition information for restaurants and general food items. It is also a moderated wiki, so people can add and edit the information. We currently receive over 5,000 UVs per day, and so you would have an instant audience. Most visitors are already members of the Weight Watchers diet plan.
You would have discretion over what to write about, as long as it is related, and you would be encouraged to think outside the normal "weight loss" topics. However, the editor would have final approval for topic ideas. You can mix things different types of posts, such as product exposes, long form articles, lists (of resources, top tens, etc) news updates, etc.
The ideal candidate will have fun and readable prose. They will also do some basic social promotion for their writing, such as commenting on other blogs, submitting to their own networks, etc. Responding to comments on your own posts as well is a plus.
We will pay $25 per post, so $50 per week. You will also be available for traffic bonuses if one of your posts gets a lage amount of traffic within a certain period of time. Bonuses will also be available for RSS subscriber milestones.
How to apply
Email info@wikiweightwatcher.com to apply. Include "WikiJob" at the beginning of the subject line. Include writing samples. Also include 2 to 3 topic ideas you would start with.
