Reply to: job-qkd7b-2307503705@craigslist.org

Presently seeking a researcher/writer to produce short articles and a "resource box" about several communities in Maryland & Washington, DC. The articles are to be used for a real estate website.

Writer will be responsible for researching each community on the Internet sufficiently to allow for a fact based article highlighting the unique character of the community/history/events/schools and anything else that would be of interest to a home-buyer in the area, such as planned projects or similar.

Writer would also collect a few "resources" style links for each neighborhood. For example, links might be to the local school district, an annual community event, the city website, or the chamber of commerce. Writer would be expected to judge the usefulness of each resource.

Payment is to be made on a per-article basis. I will supply the community names. I expect to start with around 10-20 communities, and I expect to do more if the project goes well.

- Each article should be 200-300 words each.
- This is a "work-for-hire" arrangement where full copyrights will belong to employer.
- WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL. I will use an advanced plagiarism search to ensure that articles are unique.
- This is a work from home position.
- You would be an independent contractor.
- Demonstrated SEO experience would be an added benefit.

Please submit your resume and any relevant writing samples, as well as your expected time-frame to complete the project. This is a time-sensitive project, so if you are unable to complete about ten articles within a week's time, please do not apply.

Location: Washington, DC Metro Area

Compensation: $16 Per Accepted Article
