Freelance job, media kit writer, payment: $100 for 4-5 documents

I am looking to hire someone on a freelance basis to create my media kit. Since we are a startup and on a shoestring budget I have only $100 to offer and maybe lunch or dinner.

We are looking to create great content for our mediakit which we can distribute to our clients. There would be about 4-5 pieces of document within our media kit. Please send me your portfolio of previous work done. Must be really good from doing research , concept, data, knowledge of advertising/marketing, etc.
