News writer / blogger wanted for Kansas City News Blog. Applicants must be able to write five (5) blogs per week about a Kansas City news story. Blogs must be at least 4 full paragraphs. No sports writers please, we have enough of those. Stories must be about major news stories in Kansas City, writers may choose their subjects but may be asked to write about a specific topic occasionally. You will not be required to go out and get stories on the street, or take photos, etc. You can do everything from home.
- Must know how to find and post pictures into blogs (blog format is www.blogger.com ).
- Must know how to link to external and internal pages.
- Must be creative and edgy, we welcome freedom of thought and expression of opinion without bias. We tell the news like it is, we don't candy-coat it like the local news stations.
Applicants MUST have a PayPal account to receive weekly pay. Payment is $50 per week.
