Chicago based real estate web site specializing in distressed properties seeks part-time article writer to produce high quality articles regarding various topics on Local Real Estate Market as well as producing high level newsletter and press release content.

Pay is per word. The articles will vary from short blog like posts (250 words) to longer ones (600-700 words).

Requirements:

- Outstanding writing/grammar skills
- Excellent ability to communicate through content
- Previous copywriting experience (professional publishing background preferred)
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to ascertain and create effective messaging for our clients
- Strong sense of professionalism
- Ability to research and network via Internet.
- Exceptional computer and word processing prowess
