Freelance job, research report writer for a DC commission, payment: $375

A commission of the District of Columbia is looking for an MPH or MPP grad student (we will consider other grad students as well) to help us with a short-term project.

The project will entail:

1. Reviewing a filing with the DC Department of Health
2. Reviewing some research reports on substance abuse in the District of Columbia
3. Researching substance abuse programs in the District (i.e., AA, substance abuse centers, etc.)
4. Drafting a short report comparing the filing with the research reports and also summarizing the findings on the abuse programs.

Ideally, this is for an MPH or MPP student (or recent grad with an MPH or MPP), but we will consider all grad students. Excellent writing skills are a must. Our ideal person can also attend a meeting in the evening on July 12th to quickly present the findings.

This project needs to be completed by July 7th. We expect it to take about 15 hours to complete. Pay is $375 and we are happy to provide a recommendation upon successful completion.
