Freelance job, dialogue transcription, payment: $150 for 56-minute film (Hollywood)

I am looking for someone who has experience transcribing the dialogue for a documentary film synced with time code logging (cue sheet). All you would need is a dvd player. The film runs for 56 minutes and the continuity sheet is being generated for TV broadcast so the candidate needs to know exactly what they're doing. Fast workers preferred. A template/sample is available for reference purposes.
