Bilingual a plus, but not required. Prefer local writers near Tulare County as we do not pay for travel. College education preferred but not required.
If you are able to take a photo to go with the story, that's a plus but not required. We have high photo standards.
Rate: $25 per 500-word article. Pay on acceptance.
