Freelance writing, Coldwell Banker Terrequity (real estate brokerage), pays $12-$20 per article (Canada)

Who we are:

Coldwell Banker Terrequity. We are a real estate brokerage with over 400 Realtors working out of 12 offices across the GTA. We are the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Canada and the top international Coldwell Banker company in the world.

What we need:

Someone to write and or rewrite content for our various media outlets. The content covers a broad spectrum of real estate topics including real estate news, buying and selling tips and trends, home decor and maintenance, to name a few.

What you would do:

Write or rewrite articles on topics and content provide by our company. Most of the articles will be sourced from a third party -- you would need to rewrite the articles and "Canadianize" them. You would also be required to write articles on the above mentioned topics to supplement the rewritten articles.

Who you are:

• You are a writer.
• You have an interest in real estate.
• You have experience writing blog posts or a similar style of articles.
• You work well independently. You can do the work from your own home office, a coffee shop, or a park bench. . . it's all the same to us as long as you meet the deadline.
• You never miss a deadline.

How much you will be paid:

The length of each article will range between 350 - 1500 words and you will be paid between $12 - $30 per article, depending on the length of the article and your experience.
