Freelance writing, Patch.com, pays $50 per story (southeast Michigan)

Seeking writers and photographers interested in working for Patch.com, an online news, information and community platform. Candidates will pitch story ideas and accept assignments for about a dozen local Patch sites throughout southeast Michigan.

Should be able to meet deadlines, deliver accurate reports, file quality pictures and are dependable. Stories will be posted on the following patch sites: Plymouth, Canton, Northville, Dexter, Saline, Brighton, White Lake, Fenton, Hartland, Farmington and Novi.

Compensation: $50/story w/ art. Potential for more if work cross-published.
