Freelance writing, The Taylor Daily Press, will pay $25 per football/ volleyball game coverage (Austin)

The Taylor Daily Press and The Hutto News are searching for writers to cover upcoming football and volleyball games in Hutto, Taylor, Granger and Thrall. Games take place Tuesday and Friday night. Stories will need to be written the night of the games, and should be between 600-800 words.

Writers must be able to interview coaches, players and get stats at the games, as well. No true experience needed, but applicants should be familiar with sports writing style. Must be available beginning Aug. 26. Contact Sports Editor Mike Craven at sports@taylordailypress.net
