Freelance writing, trade publisher, payment: $5,000 for "healthy home" manuscript (anywhere)

Trade publisher looking for an author for a general audience guide to a healthy home. Manuscript should discuss:

• Common household dangers, toxins, and chemicals
• Radiation, radon, water problems, etc
• Air quality issues
• Room-by-room strategies to improve the health of your living space
• Making organic cleaning and other supplies
• Discussions on expanding your family's clean living space to your cars, workplaces, and schools

This book should be a how-to guide written in an accessible style; readers should be able to read the book, identify where their homes may be dangerous or unhealthy, and choose from a variety of presented solution checklists in order to make an immediate impact.

This is a rush title, ideally, manuscript should be completed by late August. Compensation for this project is $5,000, work-for-hire.
