Freelance writing, golf news/ equipment review website, pays $15 per article (New Hope, MN)

I am looking for somebody locally that is interested in doing some freelance writing for my website on GOLF. This person should be very interested in pro golf and be well informed of current events in the golf world. It would also be helpful if this person owns golf equipment or has access to that.

In summary, here is what I need:

- Knowledgeable in golf
- Can write 400-500 word articles

It would help if you have experience with Wordpress. wordpress is a content management system and is very easy to use. If you have past experience with it, great. If not I would like you to learn it for this task and I am willing to teach you myself if you are serious.

I have big plans for this site, I am willing to pay $15 per article and mush more if you are able to write directly to wordpress, add pictures, post to twitter, and so on. I would rather hire and meet someone here locally because I am looking for a long term working relationship and willing to share revenue of the site with the right person.
