Three Essays:
Dreaming combined with education is the essence and foundation of making life better. Disney's Dreamers Academy is seeking students that possess a winning combination of attributes that reflect strong character and an attitude that will take advantage of opportunities to achieve a successful future. An Entrant's Contest Submission is intended to recognize the top 100 students that exemplify that special combination of attitudes. Regardless of whether an Entrant submits a Contest Submission through an on-line method of entry or through mail-in, a Contest Submission will consist, in part, of three separate Essays, written entirely in English. The combined total word count of all three (3) Essays may not exceed 450 words. The three (3) Essay Questions are:
Question 1- If you were asked by Steve Harvey to tell your story, what would your story be?
Question 2- Describe an experience or person in your life that had a big impact on you. Discuss the experience and how it has affected your goals for the future. Describe how you would be different if this experience or person was not a part of your life.
Question 3 - What are your dreams after high school? How will DisneyĆ¢€™s Dreamers Academy help to make those dreams come true?
NOTE: An Entrant will not be disqualified if s/he elects to submit only two (2) Essays as his/her Contest Submission. If an Entrant does elect to submit only two (2) Essays as his/her Contest Submission, the total word count of the two (2) Essays may not exceed 450 words.
Entrants should follow the on-line instructions to submit their Essays on-line; Essays submitted on-line do not need to be completed in one (1) session; but once an Essay has been submitted as a final submission it may not be changed. Mail-in Contest Submissions may not be changed after they have been submitted.
