Freelance writing, topic: blogging for money, pays $10 per article

I am looking for a ghost writer who can write articles on the following subjects and topics:

Blogging, Blogging For Money, ways to Monetize your Blog, Home Based Business as a Blogger, etc.

I will provide collaboration and material and will even give outlines in many cases. I would want a steady stream of content. The writer must understand writing for good search engine optimization. I can supply headlines but am open to writer coming up with their own attention grabbing headlines.

This is a test and articles will need to be between 400-500 words. I am willing to pay $10.00 per article for a 10 articles minimum. Interns and experienced writers are welcomed. Writer must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and sign a copyright agreement indicative of my ownership of all material.
