Freelance writing, topic: real estate, pays $10 per article

First language (mother-tongue) American English speaker/ writer preferred

Need 10 web articles 500 - 600 words (no more no less). To be published on a new blog related to commercial real estate.

Requirements:

1. Must be well written, American English. (native American English speaker/ writer MUCH preferred.)
2. All ten topics must relate to commercial real estate in a Positive light. No negative stories.
3. Topics and information must be accurate and informative, not nonsensical BS.
4. Do not auto-spin or plagiarize, or I will know and you will get a 0 or 1 rating on freelancer-- whatever the lowest allowed and no payment.
5: 1 article due this Thursday, then 3 articles per week for three weeks. Total of ten over a 4 week period. If things go well, this can be continued.
6. Payment, Total $100 - $10 per article. Paid in three milestones starting after the first 4 articles received (this week and next week); then upon receipt of each set of 3 artcles afterward. Total, 10 articles, $10 each paid in three payments: $40, $30, $30 = $100.

Editing and review:

1. Articles may be rejected and asked to be re-written.
2. I will do minor proof-reading and edits, but each submitted articles should be publish-ready.
3. Milestone payments released upon APPROVED set of articles.
