TheAlternativePress.com, an independent all-online daily local newspaper accredited by the New Jersey Press Association, is hiring freelance reporters to cover local government meetings, events, and sports. We currently cover Berkeley Heights, Chatham, Livingston, Madison, Millburn, New Providence, Summit, Westfield and soon West Orange. We pay $35-$60 per story, based on experience.
