Experienced REI writers needed, knowledgable on all facets of real estate investment (residential), including seller financing, private funding, where to locate private investors, understanding REO, and other REI concepts.

Pieces are ongoing "How-To" series, and paid PER PAGE via paypal upon completion.

Appropriate deposit will be given to commence, we do NOT pay balances on late work or missed deadlines.

We need depth of writing, and readability, and each piece should be appx 2-3 pages max.
