Freelance resume writing, payment: up to $100 for 2 resumes (Atlanta)

I use to write my own resumes, but the way the market is right now I am looking for a more polished and professional looking resumes. I used an online site, and they basically gave me a crappy resume that I could have made myself. I need to be able to meet you in person and we can go over face to face on what exactly I need from you. I am willing to pay up to $100 for two resumes and two cover letters. I have already written both of my resumes, I just need them to be better. I will not need the resumes till the second week of February, because that is when I will be able to pay you.
