Small parts supply company seeks an experienced copywriter for freelance web copy writing for news releases and our blog.
Compensation $10-15 per blog posting (depending on size and research if necessary); $20-25 per news release. Applicant must be in local area (near Deerfield Beach, FL).
Primary Responsibilities
• Writing of blog posts
• Writing short P.R. or press releases (articles)
Other Responsibilities
• Update Facebook and Twitter
• Research topics
Qualifications
• Experienced original writing ability
• Editing skills
• Proficiency in internet, Windows, and Microsoft office
• Strong research skills
• Self motivated
• Experience in social media marketing a huge plus
Since we will furnish material and directions for most of the copy, these will not be time consuming assignments.
Telecommuting is acceptable but you must be able to come into the office to meet with the owner for the initial briefing and then periodically to discuss strategies.
