I need a blogger who can write articles on Real Estate Marketing: social media (Facebook, twitter, Linkdin), blogging, other forms of online marketing for real estate agents; and real estate sales training/news:

*Prospecting tips (how to prospect For sale by owners, expired listings, just listed/just sold properties)
*Motivation
*Success
*Current events that affect real estate agents
*Marketing conditions and how they affect agents

You can see neilschwartz.net for what the current writing style is and the type of articles that are currently there. 1-2 articles on real estate marketing per week. 1 article on success/motivation per week. Articles should be about 600-700 words each. $20 per article. Articles need to be written at a 8th grade level... nothing complex or high in vocab... just SIMPLE.
