The company of one of the world’s leading photographers needs a few select writers to craft short, highly engaging pieces for our popular blog.
While this is purely an “extra cash” gig in financial terms, it is an exceptional opportunity for those looking for a breakthrough shot in photography journalism.
Musts:
• Excellent knowledge of digital and traditional photography
• Able to generate clean copy with perfect spelling and grammar
• Produce exciting reading for visitors: We want strong voices!
• Able to send us one to three pieces per week as requested
• Come up with original ideas and angles (no equipment reviews)
• Pack it all into around 250 words
• Able to take direction and editing without ego issues.
We pay $25 per published post and a $10 kill fee for solicited pieces we don’t run. You will also have a headshot and short bio on our revamped blog.
You will not be required to send photographs with your pieces.
