Freelance grant writing, water filters in disaster relief, payment: $500 (Chicago)

We are a small water treatment device manufacturer in search of a grant writer to research and develop a grant proposal for submittal to one or more government agencies under the subject topic of disaster relief and re-stabilization. USAID, DOD, and CDC, are a few such organizations to be included in a proper search. Possible outreach with non-profits or International NGO's for partnerships may be necessary. We are Portapure Inc. Writer should have experience in government grant writing. Previous government grant writing approval preferred. Pay is $500 more or less based on experience. Please reply with a summary of previous experience or bio. Materials prepared include; a tentative product distribution strategy, an executive summary rough draft, and a brochure.
