Freelance writing, company blog: topic: mortgage advice/ news, pays $10-$15 per article

We are looking for someone to write mortgage advice and/or news articles for our company blogs. Articles should be between 250 - 400 words per article. We will be in need of 4 - 5 new articles a month and are willing to pay $10-$15/article to start and then discuss monthly volume discount.
