Freelance writing, growing NYC local website, pays $12-$15 per article (New York - telecommute)

We are a growing local website focusing on great things to try or do in NYC.

We need a part-time writer who can help create articles for our site. Ideally, you love learning about NYC and the people who live here - and have a fun, quippy writing style - that's entertaining, feels well-researched /trusted, and inspires people to get out and try new things.

Because we are still a very young start-up - our budget is limited. Our budget is currently set at $12 - $15 per 350-450 word article, with 20 - 45 articles required monthly to start. We'd like to find someone who we like, is very responsible, and can grow with us.
