Looking for someone with healthy casserole recipes for a cookbook, including vegetarian and vegan recipes. This project must be completed by early May, so I need someone who already has at least 100 recipes. We also have a database of thousands of recipes that can be used for the book. The author will need to write an introductory chapter, review and revise (if necessary) 150-200 recipes from the database, and add 100-150 new recipes in the same format. The ideal candidate will have professional cooking experience or experience as a food writer, blogger, or recipe creator.
