Freelance job, resume writer, payment: $75-$115

Looking for creative person with good writing/editing skills to assist me in updating/editing my resume. This is not a start-from-scratch job as I already have a resume. However, it's too technical and specific to the industry/company I worked in/for for 10 years. My challenge is translating all that experience and my skills into something that can be read and understood and marketable regardless of industry. Ideally, I'd like two versions of my resume: one more technical and the other geared more towards CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and social media/networking (that's where I'd like to find my next position). Also need a cover letter. Something that I can easily customize to fit the job description.

Would like to meet someone face-to-face to review current version of my resume, discuss the changes I'd like, make mark-ups before you go off and do your magic.
