Freelance job, editorial services needed, payment: $500 for 50-page manuscript (Southern Maine)

I am in desperate need of an editor that can work with me to edit my writing. I have a project due in four weeks that consists of about 50 single spaced pages that I need edited. If you can work under the pressure of my deadline and help to make my words shine, I have $500 to spend. I prefer someone in the Portland to Kittery area but will consider others also.
