Freelance job, marketing/ pitch proposal writer, payment: $50 for 2 pages

I'm interested in hiring someone with a marketing, public relations and/or proposal writing background for a short-term project. I'm pursuing internship opportunities at New york based organizations this summer. I want to learn directly under higher ranking officers. I'd like to work with a writer to create a 1 to 2 page synopsis of what I bring to the table. I'd like it to be professional and impactful.
