Top Marin County seller for Coldwell Banker needs creative wordsmith for eye-catching listing flyers and Newsletter updates for farm and client lists quarterly. Wordpress Blog would be icing on the cake! Some understanding of the real estate industry and Marin's market would be helpful, but outgoing scribe (me) can help with a lot of background info. Most all of the work is remote - you can do it from home. Property flyers need on site visits, and it's good to have a digital camera along.

Newsletters fetch about $100 each; flyers $25. Agent is a real gentleman.
