StCharles.Patch.com is looking for hard-working, experienced reporters to write for the local news site in St. Charles, Mo.
This is a paid freelance position that could offer steady work to the right person. Reporters would be assigned to cover a specific beat - like city government, police/courts, or education.
An ideal candidate would:
- Have experience in newsgathering and journalism.
- Be familiar with St. Charles and live close enough to travel there frequently.
- Own a digital camera and/or mobile video camera.
- Have or be working toward a degree in communications or journalism.
- Be knowledgeable about online tools or willing to learn.
