Free contest, Lone Star Action Fest Screenplay Competition (Last Stand Films), prize: $5,000

“Last Stand Films” is proud to announce the 1st Annual Lone Star Action Fest Screenplay Competition. The winner will be selected from a 12 page or less writing sample. We are looking for dark action in particular, however you are welcome to submit anything. The winner will then be hired* to write a feature length screenplay that will then be produced by Jay Stamper (Co-Producer of… SinnersAndSaintsTheMovie.com) and directed by up and coming filmmaker Samuel Haun. Principal Photography is set for the fall, with a Spring release date under a distribution agreement already in place with Fireside Releasing.

*This final script will be based upon a treatment and outline provided. In addition, upon completion of the final draft the writer will also receive $5000 as compensation.
