Freelance job, condo description writer, payment: $10 for 250 words (Florida)

I'm looking for someone who can write short condo descriptions. Must be a native English speaker, have a great vocabulary, writing style and project management skills. Most descriptions are 250 and 150 words long and all MUST BE ORIGINAL AND UNIQUE. These are easy to do once you get the hang of it and I have plenty of work available.

Compensation: $10 for 250 word, $7.50 for 150 word.
