Freelance job, "how it works" video script writer, payment: $150 for 30-second script

We would like to create a video describing how our internet-based service works. We are looking for a writer who can write the script for this video.

The video (and by extension the script) needs to:

(1) Quickly summarize the benefits of using our service (perhaps in 15 seconds)
(2) Quickly explain how to use the service (we have 3 steps) (about 15 seconds)
(3) Be funny - use visual humor to make the viewer smile/chuckle
(4) Be professional - the audience is business owners and decision makers
