Freelance job, writer to cover Screenwriter's Challenge 2011, payment: $75/ expenses (New York)

New York based writer / interviewer needed to cover participants in the Screenwriter’s Challenge 2011 on nycmidnight.com. In the Screenwriter’s Challenge, writers from around the world are challenged to create short screenplays based on genre, subject, and character assignments in as little as 24 hours. Individual in the New York area needed to conduct brief interviews with local writers, take pictures, and provide a short and well crafted story (approximately 750 words). Please send a brief paragraph on why you feel you are right for this position and provide links to any relevant writing samples.

We will pay a small stipend for the story, as well as cover any travel or production expenses. You will receive writing credits wherever the story is posted with direct links back to your website(s). Additional details of the job will be forwarded later.
