Freelance writing, Access Sports, pays $50 per game coverage (Pittsburgh)

We are a second year broadcasting business known as Access Sports (soon to be Westmoreland Sports Network). We currently have open positions and are seeking writers to cover high school football games in Westmoreland County next fall. Job duties would include writing a recap of the game, keeping some stats, and interviewing players and coaches afterwards. The story would then be placed on our website with the audio included from those interviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a high knowledge of football and athletics in general, very solid communication skills, and be familiar with the WPIAL.

We understand that many have a passion for sports, but if you do not have any writing experience or a degree in the field, please do not apply.
