Freelance job, writer to write article about Chicagoland bars, payment: $65

Looking for a local freelance writer to research and compile a "feature/lifestyle" article/post focusing on any type of bars in Chicagoland, that are predominantly gay, and have some type of country music angle. A strong candidate would have knowledge of the gay community here in Chicago, understanding of music/news style writing and the ability to research and compose a thoughtful, non-bias article for a local blog. I have a budget of $65, paid upon submission plus by line credit. Flexible deadline. Journalistic photos a plus.
