Freelance job, cookbook writer for At-Risk Children Foundation, payment: $500

Looking for someone with experience in writing a cookbook. This project must be completed by early October 2011 for our foundation. The author will need to write an introductory chapter, review and revise (if necessary) of 50 recipes that we will have available. The ideal candidate will have professional cooking experience or experience as a food writer, blogger, or recipe creator.
