Freelance writing, luxury real estate/ lifestyle blog, pays $10-$20 per editorial post (LA)

We're searching for a devoted freelance writer who lives in Los Angeles. Our ideal candidate is passionate about blogging, loves to explore and investigate, and is ready to compose some great blog posts about LA neighborhoods.



The Job



We currently have 1-2 freelance writing positions available in Los Angeles. This will require you to publish 20 blog posts each month.



Our Company



We are a modern Internet-based real estate brokerage that is focused on providing an awesome online experience to our clients. Part of that awesome online experience is our cool website that features a live feed of all the available MLS listings for sale and detailed pages of all the luxury high-rise developments in the city.



BUT an even bigger part of that experience is our blogging team that gets the low-down on the newest properties, hottest neighborhoods, and why people would want to live there. We are growing quickly so there may be opportunities to take on more responsibilities in the future.



Compensation



We will provide compensation on a per post basis. The scale ranges from $5 (for a quick post with some cool links) to $100 (for a video interview post). The majority of the posts will be $10-$20 editorial posts.



Familiarity with WordPress and/or real estate is a plus. Residency in LA is a must.
