About the Position:

The job, is a freelance position that focuses on writing Blog articles for the New York Habitat Blog about New York City Topics related to New York Habitat’s business.

Position Requirements:

* A minimum of one article every two weeks is required
* Communication with the Blogging team for article corrections
* Regularly informing the Blogging team of new topic ideas for future articles
* Availability for a 1 hour training

Candidate Requirements:

* Refined writing skills
* In-depth knowledge of New York from firsthand experience
* Efficiency in Web research
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently; quick learner

# Additioanl Pluses:

* Previous experience in press release or blog writing, web writing and/or Real Estate
* Knowledge of website/keyword development

# Details:

* The rate is $40 per article
* The position is on-going
